All new students should bring their birth certificate, report card or transcript, social security card, immunization record, and proof of residency.  Pre-K also requires proof of income.

Registration Requirements

 

  • Parent/legal guardian must be with student

  • Legal custody documentation (if applicable)

  • Proof of residence in District (utility/rent receipt, etc.)

  • Unofficial transcript from previous school

  • Student’s last report card

  • Certified immunization record

  • TAKS results if coming from a Texas school

  • Social Security card or school-provided identification number

  • Certified copy of birth certificate
